Mory Diané is the founder and CEO of TASSEC Investment Holdings, based in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), a diversified group operating in logistics, customs security, transportation, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and real estate through subsidiaries including Scanning Systems, Yrom Transport & Logistics, Aqua Holding, Saran Pharma, and Stonebridge. He is also the founder and CEO of Scanning Systems SA, a company specialized in intra-African trade facilitation, cargo logistics, and security.

The Group employs more than one hundred staff across offices in Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Togo, Mali, Guinea, and South Africa.

With over 30 years of experience in international trade, logistics, transportation, and border security, Mr. Diané has held senior leadership roles for more than 25 years. He has deep expertise in public–private partnerships and has successfully negotiated and implemented complex service agreements across the WAEMU and ECOWAS regions. He also maintains strong strategic relationships with key African and international institutions, supporting regional trade and logistics development.
