Ilham Kazzini is a senior executive at Royal Air Maroc, where she has held key leadership roles for over two decades. She joined the airline in 2000, beginning her career in revenue management and pricing optimization. She subsequently progressed through several strategic positions, including Regional Representative for Greater Casablanca (2008–2009), Head of International Agreements and Commercial Operations (2009–2011), and Marketing & Customer Service Director (2011–2012). She later served as Director of Development & Support, overseeing human resources, procurement, IT systems, strategy, and general affairs.

Kazzini went on to become Commercial & Support Senior Executive, responsible for commercial strategy, network development, and key support functions. She has played a central role in shaping RAM’s growth trajectory, particularly in preparing and executing its expansion plan aimed at increasing fleet size and optimizing the route network. She holds an engineering degree from an institution affiliated with Supélec Paris, along with advanced qualifications in air transport management and strategic/economic intelligence.
