The Knowledge and Policy Environment work stream seeks to disseminate knowledge products and foster investment friendly regulation and an overall pro-investment climate for the advancement of deals. 

The regulatory and policy environment over the past 20 years in the ICT sector has been successful. 95% of the continent is covered for voice. Let’s take what has worked for the last 25 years and push it to the next 20 to unlock more investments.
