A graduate of the University of Toulouse, Nassim Belkhayat, CEO and co-founder of Neo Motors, is a business and capital markets lawyer specializing in banking and financial law. He began his career with major business law firms in Paris before launching his own ventures in wealth management and renewable energy.

Upon returning to Morocco in 2011, he founded his first renewable energy company, representing a global leader in photovoltaic solutions, followed by a second company focused on LED lighting. He later initiated several projects in telecommunications, mobile payments and smart city technologies.

In 2016, as Morocco’s ecosystem of automotive suppliers expanded around major global manufacturers, he developed the vision that led him to co-found Neo Motors, creator of the first fully Moroccan-made vehicle—high-performance and designed to meet real market needs. He is now the sole managing director of Neo Motors.
