Mr. Cheng Liang is Senior Executive Director at Silk Road Fund. He is now in charge of portfolio management for a variety of sectors include power, renewable energy, health care, infrastructure, and manufacturing, etc. Before, he was a sector head and led the fund’s direct investment in transportation, including OOIL, Khalifa port and Euromax port, Gatwick airport, etc.

Mr. Cheng has 20 years of experience in finance sector. Before joining Silk Road Fund, he was an underwriter in China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation to support China outbound investment for 10 years.

Mr. Cheng holds a Master degree in Economics from Renmin University of China.
