Saad Abdulaziz Al-Khalb is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi EXIM Bank. 

He has over 25 years of experience in the private sector inside KSA and abroad with leading global organizations in the fields of banking services, and manufacturing. Furthermore, he worked in the public sector where he served as the Vice Minister of Transport and more recently as the President of the Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI). He has a proven track record of exceptional achievements in optimizing operational and financial performance in both sectors. Under his leadership, the Saudi Ports Authority witnessed significant performance improvement proven by globally tracked indexes and became among the top five ranked globally in container handling. 

H.E. Alkhalb holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has attended several advanced training programs in the fields of strategic planning, financial management, bank credit, and corporate financing.
