H.E. Mr. Ismaël NABE has been serving as a partner advisor for Asia in the office of the outgoing Prime Minister since July 9, 2020. He worked closely with the Malaysian government to strengthen relations with Guinea through the sectors of information technology, e-commerce, capital markets, and, of course, intergovernmental cooperation. He also served for four years as the 2nd Vice President of the African Confederation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He holds a postgraduate degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia and an engineering degree in telecommunications from the University of Malaysia.
